About our emblem
An emblem is an abstract object that identifies an organization and its set of values. Our emblem speaks of our rich heritage in education and evokes the recognition of our organizational culture. The elements of our emblem are the lion facing the Sun as the Heraldic Charge, star mullet, a basil laurel wreath as the support, and the crest. Each element’s essence and relevance to our organizational culture is elaborated below:

Energy and Persistence:
We believe that every student regardless of their talents must always maintain Energy and Persistence. This quality is essential for not just their academic journey but also for the journey beyond. Lions are not the strongest animals in the jungle nor are they the largest, yet they have managed to earn the title of “King of the Jungle.” They have attained this title by maintaining high levels of energy and a higher amount of persistence. Our students are taught persistence that always leads to the attainment of one’s goals regardless of the difficulty.
Confidence and Courage:
To achieve noteworthy and lofty goals of life, every student must have the courage to face their problems head-on with courage, just like a lion. They must first understand their strengths, then assess the difficulty in the attainment of their goal. After a complete evaluation of their goal, they must not fear any obstacle or the unknown and keep moving ahead confidently, just like the king of the jungle.
Wisdom and Teamwork:
Lions are exceptional leaders. They use smart teamwork to accomplish the hardest of their goals. The teamwork of lions with their pride teaches students about the vital elements of their team in the accomplishment of any goal. It teaches them how to use the greatest gift to humanity. Lions use wisdom for implementing their skills and the skills of their teammates efficiently. Our students are taught to tackle any problem in unison with their classmates, just like lions do.
Star Mullets, Crest, and a Basil Laurel Wreath
The star mullets represent the excellence of educational quality at RBT and the focus on helping every student reach the stars. The basil laurel wreath represents the impartment of learnings in Indian culture that every student receives at RBT. It also serves as a reminder to every individual about the significance of binding their culture with their academic life. The crest in our emblem holds all the elements of the emblem together. This teaches every student about the strength of unity.
